| 2003 CABERNET SAUVIGNON: |
| OAKVILLE, NAPA VALLEY |
Tasting Notes:
The 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon is the embodiment of Napa Valley. This wine uses a 10 percent blend of Merlot to lean harsh tannin and express layers of complex flavors. This wine shows aromas of current, blackberry, mocha and earth. The wine has a tight focus through a long, satisfying finish, where tannins are rich and intense. Having many supple and harmonious complexities, this wine is a prime candidate for mid to long-term cellaring. |
