| 2003 RESERVE CABERNET SAUVIGNON: |
| OAKVILLE, NAPA VALLEY |
Tasting Notes:
This Cabernet is classified "reserve" because of the vineyard site. At Kelham Vineyards, the belief is that fine, complex wine is a product of the vineyard site and cellaring. This 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted in a rich, bold and expansive style, with layers of dense currant, mineral, earth, black cherry, anise and cedar oak flavors that are intense and concentrated. Still young and rambunctious, this wine requires at least 10 years from the vintage date to properly showcase the pedigree of the Oakville, vineyard site. |
