Tasting Notes:
Our distinctive Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon comes entirely from a small hillside vineyard, designated "J Block." A rich black burgundy in color, this massive wine has aromas of black cherries, currant, and blackberries with a hint of leather. Ripe flavors including chocolate, cherries, coffee, cassis and spice integrate with toasty oak and a concentrated acidity to create a rich, balanced wine. Big lush fruit tannins linger in the mouth with an impressive, smooth finish. |
