| 2001 SAUVIGNON BLANC: |
| OAKVILLE, NAPA VALLEY |
Tasting Notes: Our Sauvignon Blanc is harvested from 30-year-old dry farmed vines. In an appellation dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon, this unique vineyard has consistently produced quality white wines. This wine is crisp and creamy with aromas of lemon, pineapple, and citrus blossom that lead to a round mouth feel highlighting a hint of honey and vanilla. It is rich and layered with well-balanced acid and ripe structure that depict dry-farmed Sauvignon Blanc. The long finish, balance, and acid in this wine make it well suited to pair with a wide array of foods. |
