| 2006 SAUVIGNON BLANC: |
| OAKVILLE, NAPA VALLEY |
Tasting Notes:
The 2006 Sauvignon Blanc is a partially barrel fermented wine that shows Burgundy wine tradition without malolactic fermentation. This production from our prized estate in Oakville is rich and ripe. Dominated with a perfume of citrus and green apple, this wine has a balance of spice characters that marry the complex fruit flavors from our dry-farmed vineyard. |
